Information
Anton Friisgaard and Oscar Friisgaard are artists in residence at DIA in winter 2025-2026.
In this concert, Anton Friisgaard & Oscar Friisgaard present the first rendition of their musical concert piece, I WILL BE YOUR MIRROR. The project explores the nature of evil through an interplay of electroacoustic music. The audience is invited into a narrative soundscape in which evil is examined as a complex and multifaceted structure.
Throughout the work, the theme of evil is explored and dissected as an aesthetic, philosophical, and emotional phenomenon. The artists approach evil as a three-dimensional sculpture - turned, shaped, and illuminated through sound, texture, spoken word, and performance. The concert piece serves as an open invitation for the audience to become active participants in a reflective journey and investigation.
