The Danish Institute at Athens
Information
The Danish Institute at Athens invites you to an intimate evening of music, reflection and shared listening.
Danish artist, composer and guitarist Noah Rosanes will create an atmospheric universe of ambient guitar, voice and soundscapes — an invitation to slow down, listen inward and become part of a collective experience shaped by the people present.
A Reflection Concert is an interactive concert format where music, light, audience participation and AI voices are woven together into one shared experience.
Listening through wireless headsets, the audience is guided on a musical journey created to open a space for inner calm and allow the mind to wander, so new thoughts and reflections can arise.
After the musical part of the concert, the audience is invited to anonymously submit the thoughts and reflections that emerged while listening.
The evening culminates in an Audience Reflection Piece, where AI voices bring the audience’s reflections to life over a musical soundscape.
The result is a quiet collective portrait of the people present — shaped by the place, the moment and the thoughts shared anonymously during the evening.
Join us for a unique listening experience at The Danish Institute at Athens, where music, technology and human reflection meet.
Rosanes works at the intersection of composition, technology and audience participation. He has been artist-in-residence at the Danish Parliament, created an interactive project at Roskilde Festival, the largest music and arts festival in Northern Europe, and presented Reflection Concerts at several significant Danish cultural sites.
He is now bringing the project on a ten-month journey across Europe.
